Shipping policy

All orders take from up to 7 week days to process and then they are shipped as soon as possible.

Once shipped you'll receive a confirmation email with your order and tracking number. Most international orders (please keep in mind I'm from México) may take up to 3 to 5 weeks (PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE BASED ON CUSTOMERS FEEDBACK) to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SINCE COVID-19 (2020) I'M ONLY SHIPPING EVERY TWO WEEKS (usually the 1ST & 15TH of each month)

All orders are shipped and include tracking with Correos de México (the mexican postal service) which later on will transform into your local postal service, (granted it has entered your country) if you are from United States, USPS, if you are from Japan, JP Post and so on! Which means you can use the same tracking number on your local postal service website to track your order or even re-schedule a delivery.

Please remember to keep track of your order constantly. If your package is sent back to me for any reason, I'll reach you via e-mail to re-confirm your address or clarify what happened, and according of the situation you'll may have to pay again for the shipping.

As of July 1st 2021 all orders/buyers from United Kingdom and the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden) will be subject to an extra charge and/or will need to be registered for VAT to be able to delivery/upon delivery/pick up, this due to the recent VAT changes, please bear this in mind when placing an order.
