Refund policy

While I can't offer neither a full nor partial refund of items for money, since lots of the money goes trough processing, shipping and tax fees, if you ever receive any items in bad conditions or you receive the wrong item (and you can prove it with a photo) I can totally send you another one for free, including shipping.

If by any chance the item you ordered is out of stock, you can choose to wait to re-stock it, if I plan to, or you can choose a different item of the same value.

Exceptions / non-replaceable items
Certain types of items cannot be replaced, such as the following:
- Pins with rose gold plating (these ones can easily tarnish if not taken care of properly)
- Pins with bended posts (you can easily repair them with some pliers)
- B Grade pins (most of them come with different flaws, some more notables than others)

If your package is sent back to me for any reason, I'll reach you via e-mail to re-confirm your address or clarify what happened, and according of the situation you'll may have to pay again for the shipping.
