Q: I'm an illustrator and I would like to start making pins, could you share your manufacturer with me?

A: Short answer, no. Pin makers, myself included, tend not to share their manufacturers, mostly because whenever they do and word starts spreading around, many tend to go to their manu because they think they're a "safe bet".

Sadly, when this happens, manufacturers get flooded with orders and that influences on a huge drop in their quality and increase in their working times and prices, quickly turning a "good manu" into a "bad manu".

As of 2021 I've worked with over 6 to 7 different manufacturers, every single one with different pros and cons, price ranges, working times, communication experiences, etc. Finding your own manu it's a time and money consuming job, a lot of trial and error with a pinch of good luck!

Q: I've placed an order that hasn't been shipped yet, is there a way I could add a new item and combine shipping?

A: Yes! you can send me an email at eltomodachi.contacto@gmail.com to add as many items you want!
The order will take place directly through email and I'll send you an invoice to the PayPal account of your preference.
Please avoid sending me a DM on Instagram since I get tons of DMs everyday and it's pretty difficult to reply and keep track of a conversation properly.

Q: I'm having second thoughts about an order I placed, could I cancel it?

A: Yes! you can send me an email at eltomodachi.contacto@gmail.com to cancel any order within the first 72 hours of placing the order. (as long it hasn't been already shipped)
Please be aware that any cancellation will come with a cancelation fee of 15%, which includes the PayPal/Stripe and Shopify fees.
Please avoid sending me a DM on Instagram since I get tons of DMs everyday and it's pretty difficult to reply and keep track of a conversation properly.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: It takes from 3 to 5 week days to process every order. Once shipped most International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 month and 1 month and a half (PLEASE BE AWARE SHIPPING TIMES HAVE EVEN DOUBLED DUE COVID 19) to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

Q: Is there a faster shipping method?

A: Since most of the people want to save as much money as possible I only offer the cheapest and a lit bit slow shipping at the moment.

Q: Is there a cheaper shipping method?

A: No, sadly I don't have a cheaper shipping at the moment.

Q: I placed an order a couple weeks ago and haven't received any kind of confirmation/shipping email, what happened?

A: Sometimes Shopify doesn't send emails properly, this is a pretty common issue, please send me an email at eltomodachi.contacto@gmail.com with your order number and I'll gladly try to re-send it to you!. 

Please remember to look for it both in your main and SPAM folders.

Q: I've been following the tracking of my order but it hasn't moved in while, what happened?

A: Sometimes an order may be moving but the system doesn't update properly, please send me an email at eltomodachi.contacto@gmail.com with your order number and/or tracking to figure out what happened.

Q: I'm having trouble understanding the tracking of my order. Why does it seem to be delivered already if you just shipped it a few days ago?

A: You have nothing to worry about! Correos de México, the shipping system I use to ship all my orders, recycles its tracking numbers every so often.

This means if your order was shipped on "x" date, but you see information prior to that date, you should complete ignore it, since what you're looking is the tracking of the previous time that tracking number was used.

The only information you should care about is the one after the shipping date!

Q: Oh no! the delivery failed/recipient not found, what should I do?

A: No problem! Remember you can use your tracking number on your national postal service to track and schedule a re-delivery of your order (granted it has entered your country). If you are from United States use USPS, if you are from Japan use JP Post and so on!

Q: Oh no! The pin that I wanted is completely sold out, would it be restocked?

A: Please be aware that not all pins are restocked, it all depends in it's popularity and demand. I usually announce any restocking, pre-orders, or so via Instagram, so keep your eyes peeled to my feed and stories! (:

+G = The pin has glitter!
PO = Pre-order
RE = Re-stock
